We would like to invite you to become a member of the AJH Museum the join fellow Alaskans and out of town members and friends who enthusiastically support the purchase and maintenance of our new Jewish Museum building and its exhibits, research and programs.
A fundraising committee has grown since 2004 five annual Jewish Cultural Galas and auctions to support the Campus of Jewish Culture in Alaska, which includes the Alaska Jewish Museum, that were an amazing success and spoke of family and unity bringing together the Alaskan community in the most memorial way. An indicator of how the entire Alaskan community has come together to support Jewish culture and the Museum in Alaska, an average of 500 guests and $150,000 (estimated) was raised each year for the operating budget.
It is our hope that you will join the many other Alaskans and out-of-towners in becoming a partner with us in creating the Alaska Jewish Historical Museum and Cultural Center which will provide a gathering place and historical repository that will promote diversity and tolerance for all.
